Jordan Rubin says that ‘revolution’ implies starting over. It’s about taking health to the next level, It’s about how to lose weight and have more energy. He outlined his three overriding principles:

The main idea behind Jordan’s new Revolution takes the form of a detox or cleanse in a manner that suits you best. Cleansing schedules includes 10 days every quarter, 3 days monthly and 1 day weekly.
In his preliminary conference calls regarding his book, Jordan explains, you can start with a one day cleanse per week, Monday is a good place to start, you would sustain from eating until noon then eat normally until 6-7PM.
