Ok dramatics aside, I know its not the end of the world at all, but when you drink a soda, it could be even worse than you think. Check out the infograph below detailing the harmful effects of soda, and how it impacts your health.

I can attest to the ills soda brings, I used to as a kid drink multiple sodas daily, and my many cavities and enamel-less teeth shows me that I wish I hadn’t.
Be sure to share this information. There are tons of people that think that when you are supposed to drink “8 glasses of water a day” that includes juicy juice, coke, and slurpees.
I do know that there are such things as organic sodas like blue sky for example. However, use common sense and read the labels. If it has 40 grams of sugar, even if its organic cane sugar, that’s just plain bad for your cells.
