When it comes to water, the most important thing is that you’re getting enough and as for the best type of water to consume,  remember , you want the water with the highest H20 content!  Pretty simple right?

For those of you who drink tap water, consider purchasing a filter that removes harmful chemicals, such as chlorine, flouride and heavy metals. Remember also, if you are hungry, tired, or have a headache, instead of going right to the fridge, coffee machine or medicine cabinet, try pouring yourself a glass of water first. You may be surprised to find that all along your body was simply telling you, “Im a little thirsty.”  When given the option, instead of reaching for mineral or vitamin infused waters go for pure natural spring water. After all, natural springs produce water thats created to DRINK.

If you do not have access the purest spring water , Beyond Organic, Jordan Rubin’s new company has tapped into a mountain spring in North Georgia that provides some of the purest water in the world – Very low TDS (total dissolved solids) , sustainable  and sourced/bottled in the USA, amazing taste-clean and refreshing.  Find out more about it here.
